Terms & Conditions of Sale (Non-Medicinal Products)

1. About Us

This website is operated by Complete Care Pharmacy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We are a community pharmacy based in Ireland.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of non-medicinal products only through our website.

Prescription medicines and pharmacy-only medicines are not sold online.

These Terms apply to non-medicinal products, including but not limited to:

• Skincare and beauty products
• Toiletries and personal care items
• Gifts and hampers
• Health and wellness accessories
• Non-medicinal supplements

They do not apply to:

• Prescription medicines
• Pharmacy-only medicines
• Medical advice, diagnosis, or consultations

3. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Prices are displayed in euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing, stock, or payment errors occur.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) on a working day will be despatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm will be despatched on the next working day.
• Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

• All deliveries are sent via An Post.
• An Post advises an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–2 working days from despatch.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Responsibility for Delivery

Responsibility for your order remains with us until it has been delivered to you.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Any claims with An Post will be handled by us.

5. Returns & Refunds

General Returns Policy

Due to the nature of pharmacy retail, only defective products may be returned

We do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or opened personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products, unless defective.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Offers, Discounts & Gift Cards

Discounts & Promotional Offers

• Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per transaction, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Discounts and offers cannot be combined or used together.
• Customers may not rely on multiple promotions, special offers, or discount codes in respect of the same purchase.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse the application of any promotion at any time.

In-Store Only Offers

• Some promotions and discounts are available in-store only.
• Any offer that is not available online will be clearly identified as “in-store only”.
• In-store only offers cannot be redeemed online.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed online and must be used in-store only.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, which should be treated as cash.

Misuse of Offers

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we believe an offer, discount, or gift card has been misused or applied incorrectly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our liability in relation to any product is limited to the purchase price paid
