Free Blister Pack Service

At Complete Care Pharmacy, blister packs are provided as part of our standard patient support service to help people manage their medicines safely and effectively.

While many pharmacies in Ireland now apply monthly charges for monitored dosing systems, normally between €10-€50 per month, Complete Care Pharmacy does not charge for blister packs. Where blister packs are clinically appropriate, they are provided at no additional cost.

This is a deliberate decision we have made to support our community and to prioritise medication safety over fees.

Managing multiple medications can be challenging. Blister packs help simplify daily routines, reduce errors, and provide reassurance for patients and carers alike.

Blister packs are provided for patients who require regular, ongoing medicines supplied by the pharmacy, including those:

  • taking multiple daily medications,
  • managing long-term conditions,
  • or supported by carers or family members.

Blister packs are prepared where medications and prescriptions are suitable for this format.

If you already have a prescription, you can send it to our pharmacy team. Our team will contact you to arrange in-store collection or appropriate follow-up
All prescriptions are processed and dispensed in-store only in accordance with Irish pharmacy regulations.
No prescription medicines are sold or paid for online.
